Only what you type into the access form: your email address and a description of what you would use Yatir for.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does no tracking. Its fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third party.

When you apply, a Cloudflare Pages Function passes your application to Resend, which sends it as one email to the team’s inbox. There is no database. Nothing is sent back to you automatically.

We use it for one purpose: reviewing access applications, and writing to you if there is a place for you. You ask us to consider you, and that request is the legal basis (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Resend is based in the United States, so your application passes through the US on its way to us, under Resend’s data processing terms. The inbox itself is hosted by Spacemail.

We keep an application only as long as we need it to decide on access, and delete it sooner if you ask.

Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any host, it keeps standard request logs, as described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, or to object to its use. To have your application deleted, or to use any of these rights, write to [email protected].

You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
